Lager House aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons while complying with state laws. This policy ensures proper supervision of minors and helps protect the venue’s liquor license.

Guardian Age Requirement:

  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The guardian must be at least 25 years old to supervise a minor without additional documentation.

Verification Option:

  • If the accompanying adult is under 25 years old, they must provide evidence of legal guardianship.
  • If the accompanying adult is 25 years old or older, they must answer in the affirmative and cannot provide conflicting information. If Lager House staff had reason to believe that false information is being provided they may request the accompanying adult provide acceptable evidence of guardianship

Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Court-issued letters of guardianship
  • Notarized guardianship letters
  • A birth certificate showing parental status

Entry Denial:

  • If the adult cannot meet either the age or documentation requirement, the minor will not be allowed entry. Another eligible adult may join to fulfill this policy.

Refund Policy:

  • Tickets may be refunded if entry is denied due to non-compliance.
